S.L. 16.20 Art. 53Duty to participate in training.

Mediators, Children’s Advocates and support persons appointed in accordance with these regulations shall be obliged to participate in such professional training, as may be organised for them from time to time, in the field of the administration of justice relating to family law for the purpose of ensuring a high level of professionalism in the exercise of their functions in the Family Court.
