S.L. 16.20 Art. 36Closure of the mediation procedure.

Where the mediator succeeds in reconciling the parties, the mediator shall file a note in the records of the procedure, which shall be sent by the Registrar to the Court, and the Court shall close the proceedings in view of the reconciliation.
