S.L. 128.4 Art. 6Applicants to reply within time limit.

When an applicant for a licence fails to reply to a request for information by the Commissioner of Police or by a government department or agency or fails to comply with a condition imposed by the Commissioner of Police or a government department or government agency within a specified limit of time, his application shall be considered as having been withdrawn and the Commissioner of Police shall not in such circumstances take further cognisance of the said application.
