S.L. 128.4 Art. 5Extension of time limit in special circumstances.

Government departments or agencies may in special circumstances seek from the Commissioner of Police to obtain an extension of the time limit referred to in regulation 4 and if the Commissioner is satisfied that such request is justified he may grant an extension of not more than thirty days, or such other period of extension as he may deem necessary in particular cases after consulting the Department or agency involved.
