S.L. 12.20 Art. 9Commencement of proceedings under these regulations.

Where under any law a person is required to proceed before a Court within a particular time, such proceedings shall for the purposes of these procedures be deemed to have been commenced upon filing in the registry of the Court of the letter refered to in regulation 4(1).
