S.L. 12.20 Art. 8Domestic violence during mediation proceedings.

Where, in the course of mediation proceedings, the mediator becomes aware of, or has reason to suspect, the occurrence of domestic violence, the mediator shall immediately inform the Judge in writing to that effect.
