S.L. 117.34 Art. 8Declaration by olive growers.

(1) Olive growers shall submit to the Director by the 31st

December of each year a duly signed and completed harvest declaration on the prescribed form in Schedule III.

(2) The declaration provided for in terms of sub-regulation (1) shall be accompanied by copies of original receipts showing the amount of olives sold or delivered to individual olive oil producers.
