S.L. 117.34 Art. 7Register of olive growers.

(1) A Register of Olive Growers and olive oil producers shall be kept by the Director and shall be updated periodically.

(2) No person shall grow olives for commercial olive oil production or table olives, or use land for the growing of olives for olive oil production or table olives, unless the person is listed in the Register of Olive Growers established in sub-regulation (1) and the holding is registered with the Directorate.
