S.L. 117.32 Art. 13Transfers of defence-related products from other Member States.

(1) The transfer of defence-related products from other Member States shall be subject to prior authorization secured through a general transfer licence, a global transfer licence or an individual transfer licence from the Member State from whose territory the supplier wishes to transfer the defence-related products.

(2) No further authorisation shall be required for passage through or entry in Malta, without prejudice to the application of provisions necessary on grounds of public security or public policy such as, inter alia, the safety of transport, the safety of storage, the risk of diversion and the prevention of crime.
