S.L. 117.32 Art. 12Individual transfer licences.

(1) An individual supplier may apply to the Committee for the granting of an individual transfer licence to perform one transfer of a specified quantity of specified defence-related products to be transmitted in one or several shipments to one recipient.

(2) The individual transfer licence shall be limited to one transfer and subject to one or more of the following conditions:

(a) the transfer is necessary for the protection of the essential national security interests or on grounds of public policy;

(b) the transfer is necessary for national compliance with international obligations and commitments;

(c) the Committee has serious reason to believe that the supplier will not be able to comply with all the terms and conditions necessary to be granted a global transfer licence.
