S.L. 117.12 Art. 3Director to fix prices.

Notwithstanding the provisions of any other regulations, the Director of Agriculture and Fisheries may, from time to time, fix the maximum, minimum or actual price, or the maximum margin of profit, at which any type of fish may be sold, by an order published in the Gazette.
