S.L. 117.12 Art. 2Applicability.

(1) The Control of Sale of Commodities Regulations shall, but subject as hereunder, apply to fresh fish, whether locally caught or imported.

(2) The Director of Agriculture and Fisheries may, in respect of such fish, dispense with any specified requirements of the said regulations.
