S.L. 111.1 Art. 4Injuries in respect of which awards maybemadeunder the Scheme.

Subject to the provisions of this Scheme, an award under this Scheme may be made in respect of an injury sustained during the period of the present emergency which -

(a) is a war service injury sustained by a civil defence worker; or

(b) is a war injury sustained by a gainfully occupied person; or

(c) not being an injury as aforesaid, is a war injury sustained by a person who either had attained the age of fourteen years at the date of the injury or has attained that age since that date.
