S.L. 111.1 Art. 3Civil defence organisations for purposes of Ordinance and Scheme.

Any organisation established in these Islands for civil defence purposes which is described or named in the Schedule to this Scheme shall be a civil defence organisation for the purposes of the Ordinance and this Scheme.
