S.L. 111.1 Art. 25Provision as to application of Scheme.

An award under this Scheme shall not be made in respect of an injury sustained outside these Islands by -

(a) a person ordinarily resident outside these Islands; or

(b) a person ordinarily resident in these Islands while absent from these Islands for personal, domestic or pleasure purposes.
