S.L. 111.1 Art. 24Provision as to negligence or misconduct.

Where an injury, or where incapacity for work, disablement or death arising from an injury, is attributable to the serious negligence or misconduct of the person sustaining the injury, the Committee may withhold or cancel any award which may be or has been made under this Scheme in respect of that injury, or may reduce the amount thereof.
