S.L. 10.30 Art. 3Directions for berthing.

(1) The master or other person in charge of a vessel or boat shall duly carry out any directives issued by the Authority regarding the place where any such vessel or boat may berth in any harbour or in the territorial waters, or the movement thereof in the territorial waters.

(2) Any such directive may be either of a general nature, or referring to yachts, or to other class of vessels or boats, or to a particular vessel or boat.
