S.L. 10.30 Art. 2Interpretation.

In these regulations unless the context otherwise requires -

"Authority" means the Authority for Transport in Malta and includes any person authorised by it to act in its behalf;

"berthing" includes mooring, anchoring, and stopping; "territorial waters" means any part of the territorial waters of Malta; "yacht" mans a sea going vessel, not below 4 gross registered tons, used for pleasure purposes.
