Cap. 86 Art. 3Offences and penalties.

If any person lands or attempts to land any animal in contravention of any regulation made by the Minister responsible for agriculture under the last preceding article, he shall be liable to the penalties imposed on persons importing or attempting to import goods the importation of which is prohibited by the Customs

Ordinance and the animals in respect of which the offence is committed shall be forfeited.
