Cap. 86 Art. 2Power of Minister to make regulations.

The Minister responsible for agriculture may, whenever he thinks it expedient so to do for the protection of animal husbandry in Malta, make and, when made, vary or repeal, regulations for prohibiting or otherwise restricting and controlling the importation of animals or of any specified kind of animals into Malta.
