Article 7 establishing the Corporation shall be deemed to have come into force on 1st May 2003 limitedly for the purpose of recruiting such members of the staff as may be required for the running of the Corporation upon the coming into force of the other provisions of this Act and for such purpose until the coming into force of article 10 the Board of the Corporation shall consist of the Board of Directors of Malta Enterprise Ltd who for the purposes stated in this article shall be deemed to have all the power, duties
