Cap. 463 Art. 43Repeal, etc.

(1) The Malta Development Corporation Act is hereby repealed and subject to the provisions of articles 38 to 41 any reference in any law to the Malta Development Corporation shall be deemed to be a reference to the Corporation established under this Act.

(2) The Malta External Trade Company Limited, the Institute for the Promotion of Small Enterprise Ltd and the Malta Enterprise Ltd. are without the requirement of any further formality required by any other law wound up and dissolved.
