The provisions of article 4, article 6(2) and (3), articles 7, 8

and 10, subarticle (2) of article 11, article 15, article 16(2), and articles 17, 18, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24 and 26 shall be observed in all cases of condominium and any agreement contrary thereto shall be without effect.
