Cap. 398 Art. 20Costs incurred by a condominus.

A condominus who incurs costs without having been authorised in writing to incur those costs by the administrator or by the meeting does not have a right to be reimbursed for the said costs, unless they were of an urgent nature. Where no agreement is reached on whether the costs were of an urgent nature the matter shall be referred to arbitration.
