Cap. 36 Art. 123Appeal.

No appeal shall lie from any decision or order given or made under the provisions of Part I of this Ordinance, except in the cases referred to in articles 5, 6, 7 and 8, article 24(1)(b), (c) and (d), articles 26, 30, 39 and 45, and in any other case expressly provided for in that part:

Provided that any order made under article 26 and any decision under the provisions of article 45, may be enforced pending any appeal therefrom.
