Cap. 210 Art. 4Defrayment of expenses and grant of assistance.

(1) The Minister may defray, or contribute towards, expenses incurred -

(a) in the provision of vocational training courses or industrial rehabilitation courses as are referred to in article 3(1); and

(b) by persons attending such courses in travelling to and from the place where the course is held, and may also, to or in respect of such persons, grant further assistance, in cash or in kind, as he may from time to time determine.

(2) Any assistance granted under sub-article (1) shall be subject to such conditions as the Minister may impose either generally or in respect of any particular person.
