Cap. 210 Art. 3Provision of services and courses and arrangements by the Minister.

(1) The Minister may provide, or make arrangements for the provision by any government department or the Corporation or otherwise of -

(a) vocational guidance services;

(b) vocational training courses;

(c) industrial rehabilitation courses; and

(d) disablement resettlement services.

(2) Where any person with disability is receiving any of the services or is attending any of the courses referred to in sub-article (1), he shall be under adequate supervision as and when necessary.

(3) Any arrangements made by the Minister under sub-article
