(1) A licensee is required to immediately notify the

Authority in writing of any changes to its name and, or address (registered, mailing or amateur station address) from that recorded in the licence.

(2) A licensee enjoying a permanent licence granted by the Authority for a life-time term shall in writing confirm to the Authority, at least every five (5) years or any other period that the Authority may determine, that the licence is still required and that the details of the licence remain current and accurate.

(3) The Authority has the right to terminate a licence in the event that a licensee fails to send to the Authority the confirmation requested under sub-regulation (2).
