Any person who acts in contravention of any provision of these Bye-Laws, or gives wrong information when submitting the application, or acts in contravention of any condition of the permit issued in terms of these Bye-Laws, shall on conviction be liable to a fine (ammenda) of not more than seventy euro (€70) for such contravention.
