Notwithstanding the provisions of these Bye-Laws, the Council may at any time revoke an authorisation issued in terms of these Bye-Laws, if it is necessary for reasons of public order.

Provided that if the Council revokes an authorisation, the applicant shall have the right to the refund of the fees paid when submitting the application.
