S.L. 363.160 чл. 30Raising of funds.

The Committee may, after consulting the Director, and with the unanimous approval of the members present for the Committee meeting discussing the motion, raise funds by means of a scheme providing for the collection of contributions by Local Councils, designed to provide additional funds to those allocated to it by the Government: Provided that all funds collected in this manner shall be used only in carrying out the functions of the Committee.
