(1) The Committee shall receive the funds generated from the local enforcement system.

(2) Each year the Minister responsible for finance may allocate funds to the Committee which shall serve for the exercise of its functions.

(3) Any monies declared to be a surplus in any financial year shall not be set off against the sum allocated to the Committee for the next financial year.
