S.L. 94.7 ст. 9Sub-Committees.

(1) The Committee may appoint as it deems necessary special sub-committees or standing sub-committes to study, advise and report on matters referred to them by the Committee.

(2) Such sub-committees will submit their reports in writing to the Chairman of the Committee stating the reasons for their recommendations. All proceedings and reports of such sub-Committees shall be confidential.

(3) The Chairman shall submit such reports for the consideration and decision of the Committee, as soon as may be.
