S.L. 94.3 ст. 4Medical Council to appoint examining board. Cap. 31.

For the purpose of conducting examinations for the license of assistant apothecary in the subjects which may from time to time be laid down by the Medical Council under article 21 of the

Medical and Kindred Professions Ordinance, the Medical Council may appoint an examining board, to be composed of one of the regular members of the Medical Council as Chairman, and of two licensed apothecaries to be appointed annually by the Minister responsible for the Department of Health, who will sit as additional members of the Medical Council for the aforesaid purpose.
