S.L. 94.13 ст. 36Committees..

The Board may appoint as it deems necessary special committees and standing committees to submit recommendations to the Board regarding the matters referred to them by the Board. Such committees shall submit their recommendations in writing to the Chairman of the Board stating the reasons for their recommendations.
