S.L. 94.13 ст. 27Transaction of unopposed business.

On the proposal for the adjournment of the Board being made and seconded, it shall be competent for the Chairman before putting the question, to take the opinion of the Board as to whether they will, before rising, proceed to the transaction of unopposed business.
