The Executive Council shall:

(a) Facilitate cooperation among States Parties, and between and the Technical Secretariat, relating to the implementation Treaty through information exchanges;

(b) Facilitate consultation and clarification among States accordance with Article IV; and

(c) Receive, consider and take action on requests for, and site inspections in accordance with Article IV.
