In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires:

"Act" means the Electronic Monitoring Act;

"electronic monitoring order" shall have the same meaning as assigned to in the Act;

"temporary recall order" means the order directing that a person is taken back to prison in accordance with article 8 of the Act.
