S.L. 65.9 ст. 2Form of notice.

The notice to be handed over to the owner or driver, or to be affixed to the windscreen of, a motor vehicle used in the commission of such an offence as is referred to in the First and Second Schedules to the Traffic Regulation Ordinance shall contain the following:

(a) general description of the offence;

(b) particulars of the motor vehicle used in the commission of the offence;

(c) place, time and date of the offence;

(d) signature of the Police officer handing over or affixing the notice;

(e) information as to payment of fine (multa).
