S.L. 65.22 ст. 14Exemption.

(1) This Part shall not apply to undertakings involved in transport activities of dangerous goods having in each transport unit quantities smaller than those specified in Annex A and Annex B to the ADR.

(2) The provisions of this Part shall be without prejudice to any provisions on health and safety of workers at the workplace in force at the time in Malta.
