S.L. 65.18 ст. 16Minimum requirements for driving tests.

An applicant for a driving licence must satisfy the Authority that he possesses the knowledge and skills, and exhibits the behaviour required, for driving a motor vehicle. The test to this effect shall consist of:

(a) a theory test; and

(b) a test of skills and behaviour: Provided that for a category AM driving licence, the test shall only consist of a theory test

Theory Test
