(1) Without prejudice to regulation 12 of the General

Provisions for Health and Safety at Work Places Regulations, workers and, or their representatives shall be informed of all the measures that shall be taken concerning their health and safety on the construction site.

(2) The information shall be comprehensible to the workers concerned.
