It shall be the duty of the Minister to, every year, and by not later than two (2) months after the date of submission of the national greenhouse gas inventory report relating to that year as established pursuant to the UNFCCC, lay before Parliament the report on national greenhouse gas emissions by sources and removals by sinks.
