S.L. 643.3 ст. 23Revenue accruing from the auctioning of allowances.

The revenue from the auctioning of allowances, after deducting the audited costs to administer the EU ETS agreed between the Minister responsible for finance and the Authority, shall accrue to the consolidated fund.
