S.L. 628.1 ст. 39Grant of permit.

(1) No person, other than an association that has been registered in the Registry may be granted a permit or a certificate of approval under sub-regulations (1) and (2) of regulation 35.

(2) Upon the successful determination of an application for a permit, the Authority shall issue a permit to cultivate and distribute cannabis, in the name of the association.

The association shall affix a copy of the permit in a prominent place in each of its premises.
