S.L. 623.1 ст. 28Registration and other administrative fees.

The Building and Construction Authority may specify fees as are reasonably necessary for the registration procedures and other administrative matters in relation to its obligations in these regulations. The Building and Construction Authority shall be the sole user of the revenue collected from these fees and such revenue shall be used to defray costs incurred by it to properly establish, operate, maintain and promote the various obligations of the Building and Construction Authority.
