S.L. 601.9 ст. 101Decision by the Public Contracts Review Board.

The Public Contracts Review Board shall decide the application with urgency after hearing the parties, provided that not more than one sitting may be fixed for such purpose. The final decision of the Public Contracts Review Board may be appealed by the aggrieved party before the Court of Appeal as provided in regulations 119, 120, 121, 122, 123 and 124.
