S.L. 595.49 ст. 16Resignation of members of Consultative Committee or of the Advisory Board and publication of appointment and termination of office.

(1) A Committee member or Board member may resign from office at any time, by letter addressed to the Minister and copied to the Chairperson of the Committee or to the Chief Executive

Officer as Chair of the Board from which he is resigning.

(2) The appointment and, or termination of office of any person as member of the Consultative Committee or the Advisory

Board shall be published in the Gazette.
