In this order, unless the context otherwise requires:

"Act" means the Public Administration Act;

"Agency" means Project Green established by article 3;

"Agreement" means the Agency Agreement as provided in article 7;

"Minister" means the Minister responsible for Project Green;

"Permanent Secretary" means the Permanent Secretary in the Ministry responsible for Project Green.
