Any candidate who feels aggrieved by a decision taken by the Board in terms of these regulations may appeal to the Court of Appeal (Superior Jurisdiction), as constituted in terms of article 41(1) of the Code of Organization and Civil Procedure, on a point of law arising out of a final decision of the Board within a period of ten (10) calendar days from the date of the final decision of the Board.
